The Mewat Academy of Health Science and City Hospital & Eye Care Centre is an initiative of Mewat Medical Educational & Human Welfare Society established in the year 1998, under the SR Act. XXI of 1860, Government of Haryana.

Affiliation:-
Mewat Academy of Health Science is affiliated with BSS, National Development Agency, promoted by Planning Commission, Govt. of India And started by 1st Prime Minister Sh. Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru in 1952,

Recognition:-
The Mewat Academy of Health Science, City Hospital & Eye Care Centre is managed by Mewat Medical Educational & Human Welfare Society, Regd. by Government of Haryana under S.R Act. XXI of 1860, vide Regn. No. 1244/1998 under clause 1 of MoA’s aims & objects of the MMEHWS. And revised under Govt. of Haryana Act. No. 1 of 2012 of Regn. and Regulation of Society Act. 2012.Regn. No. HR/020/2013/00200 on dated 11.11.2013.. under clause 4 of MoA’s aims & objects (d) and (hh) of MMEHWS.

Curriculum:-
All the Courses are professional, job oriented as well as self employment. Mewat Academy of Health Science/City Hospital & Eye Care Centre invites students for the Admission for various Para-Medical courses, who have passed 10th or any equivalent examination. Candidates who have passed 10th class but failed in intermediate or degree are also eligible to apply for these courses. Candidates should be within the age group of 15-35, with a three-year relaxation for those from SC and ST communities.

Accessibility :- With this program the technical education have become easily accessible to common mass, even in remote areas.
Affordability: The fee is less and there is a provision of part payment (quarterly, monthly), making it affordable to even the common disadvantage section of the society.

The main objectives of MAHS are
To bring remunerative, more affordable, high quality and skill based technical allied health education to the general masses of the country. Our objective is to spread this kind of education to all parts of Haryana as well as in India at rapid pace.
